Founded by Dave and John in 2003, TCP began with the acquisition of TriCon on Tungsten Road, with a vision to buy smaller companies whose founders didn’t plan to pass them on to family members. TriCon was eventually divested as TCP refined its focus on long-term operational partnerships. This hands-on, legacy-minded approach has driven every acquisition since.
